Description

We use our 65% chocolate covering on these dried salak rings.

Salak is a fruit that, due to the snake like texture of it skin is also called “snake fruit”. With a taste similar to a mix of apple and pineapple and full of antioxidants, flavonoids, calcium and potassium, Salak is a great addition to dark chocolate to make a super food snack.
